Q: How do you charge the shipping fee?

All items on Lightsinhome.com are free shipping to United States and Australia. Some items support custom made, such as chain length, color and etc, if you have any question please contact us. Q: What’s your return policy?

Lighting fixtures are belong to be fragile, if damaged in the transit, please contact us in time(in general in 2 days after receiving), our customer service would solve for you and replace damaged. If not accept the above, please be careful to buy. If you did not contact our customer service but directly return the lights back to us, our company will refuse the parcel. Therefore, to avoid problems, please contact our customer service first.

NOTE: we will resend you new replacement if the parcel damage or not receive ,But pls feedback the this information to lacal courier copmay which do delivery to you ,and do ask them to record and reply. it is the first important step to ask for claim online and then pls email us with pictures of broken packing. if local post office didn't do record ,we can't resend new replacement or refund

Q: Do you support custom made wholesale?

Q: If lights come assembled?

Usually most lights come assembled. Some light fixture products that are configured for certain options may need assembled. If have any problem of install, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Does it include the light bulb?

We do not provide screw base light bulbs, since the voltage difference, you could purchase in your local market. As to LED lights, we will provide you the light source.

Q: What is the screw base, such as E26, E27, E12, E14 and etc? How to choose the right ones for my chandelier?

A: The specification such as E26, E26 means the diameter of the bulb. For example E27 means the diameter is 27mm. Here are some common used types:
E12 North America, E11 in Europe
• Intermediate: E17 North America, E14 (Small ES) in Europe
• Medium or standard: E26 (MES) in North America, E27 (ES) in Europe
• Mogul: E39 North America, E40(Goliath ES) in Europe.

For your reference, E27 and E14 are the most common sizes in countries that use 220V–240V AC power. E26 and E12 are usually used in countries which use 110-120V AC power.

Q: Can we shorten the height of this pendant?

It is ok to custom made the line ,but if don’t contact us with it ,it will just come with 1m-1.2m line .

Q: How about the tax ?

A:
Usually there is no tax ,since we will wrote lowest price with package ,But if it is so serious customs in your country .and there is tax ,Pls pay and sign the parcel, in fact ,everyone has responsibility with tax ,Hope you can understand . if you refuse to sign the parcel since tax ,we will not pay anything.

Recommended wattage per bulb in our website is our manufacture suggest wattage for you. It is okay to choose proper wattage bulb according to your situation, meanwhile the bulb is in same screw base.
