However, if you insist on returning them, please be advised that you will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the products to us i.e. you will bear the shipping cost. Delivery charges might also apply.
In order for you to return any our products, you need to provide detailed evidence like pictures to show us the problems in our products. P.S. Do not use the pictures on our website but pictures you would have taken yourself. If you did not contact our customer service but directly return the goods, our company will reject them no matter what your reasons for returning them are. The address on the packages is the courier companys not ours so please communicate with us first and to get the correct return address, in order to avoid any unnecessary loss on both our ends.
Lightsinhome.com can also sell the products you would have received but not satisfied with online for you. We can sell your item for cash to other Lightsinhome.com customers (no listing fees for individual sellers, you set your own price, you will only receive cash when your item sells),
According to our policies, you cannot return products if:

Our Cancellation Policy:
For All Custom Made orders and All Standard Size orders: 1.Orderscancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.Orders cancelled within 13 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3.Orders cancelled within 25 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
4.Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
5.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
